Shipping policy

We ship World-wide from our Western Australia warehouse facility.

Standard orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability. Large, heavy, or project-specific items may require additional lead time and will be quoted on a per-order basis.

Freight is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. For oversized, palletised, or dangerous goods consignments, our team will contact you directly to confirm freight charges and delivery method before dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on carrier schedules and destination. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party freight providers.
